Where to meet the boat?

Our boats depart from Albert Pier in Jersey, Inter-Island Quay in Guernsey & Braye harbour in Alderney. Visit our Departure Points for more information

What is the boat like?

Our Inter-Island vessels have comfy inside forward facing seating for all passengers. Cabins are quiet, light & airy with large cabin windows for all passengers. Boats are very stable with minimal side-side rocking motion when on passage. 

What if the weathers bad?

For the comfort & safety of our passengers, we have strict sea state restrictions. These can vary depending on tide states, wind directions etc.
We will endeavour to make any cancelations 48 hours before the departure time to allow you to find alternative travel or re-schedule. 
In the event of a weather cancelation or re-scheduling we offer a FULL REFUND policy. 
*Please note that we do not accept any liability for accommodation or alternative travel costs incurred due to a cancelation.
*We strongly advise all passengers to hold suitable travel insurance as per our T&Cs 

How safe are your boats?

Our boats are maintained to the highest standard, carry a wealth of safety equipment & hold full commercial certification. They are regularly inspected by third party surveys. 
All vessels hold local harbour licenses in Jersey, Guernsey & Alderney. 
All our skippers are not just highly qualified (to minimum of Yachtmaster) but are highly experienced in Channel island maritime operations. 

What happens if i miss my boat?

Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds to passengers that do not arrive in time for their departure. All passengers must arrive at the departure point a minimum of 20 minutes before departure with a valid form of ID to travel.

Do you take pets

Yes! We allow your furry friends onboard providing they are well behaved & used to travel. Please ensure you have a suitable towel or crate for your pet to travel with. 
*Please note that we cannot provide pet transport between the Channel Islands & France 
*Animals onboard are at the discretion of our crews & any animals disturbing other passengers or actively aggressively may be refused boarding. 

Smoking & Alchol Policy

Smoking & vaping is strictly prohibited onboard our vessels 
Alcohol is allowed in moderation whilst onboard, this is at the discretion of the skipper. 
Passengers who attend the vessel under the influence of drugs or alcohol maybe refused boarding at the skippers discretion

Facilities onboard

Our cabin vessels have onboard toilets although we recommend attending the facilities ashore ahead of departure. 
Our vessels carry fresh water incase of emergency but we do not sell any drinks or snack onboard. 

Age restrictions 

We do not have any age restrictions on our inter-island service & our vessels carry appropriate lifejackets for children. 
Unaccompanied children must be over the age of 16
